With over 8 years of professional cooking experience in a variety of high-end establishments, I am disciplined chef with great work ethic and eye for detail.
I specialize in variety of European and Asian styled cuisines. I strive to utilize each ingredient to its fullest, wasting as little possible.
Over the course of my years spent in kitchens thus far, I have had the opportunity to work with a multitude of chef’s from different ethnic backgrounds. In part giving me exposure to a large array of cooking techniques and dish preparations.
I enjoy the constant pursuit of furthering my knowledge in this industry and look forward to working alongside many more talented chefs & cooks in the future.
